"Remember when we were all so beautiful? Never again. But since then we’ve lost our glow.Remember when we were all so beautiful? Never again. But since then we’ve lost our glow. They said it hurt their eyes, but he would never know that they were claiming regret as their own…their own dissipated."

Skull Kid started in august 2013 in a storage unit in Pittsburgh PA, playing one local show a month for a ten month period before going on a weeklong tour summer 2014 with Sorta Lonely. Skull Kid was formed by Matt Vittucio of Brightside with Chief and Zay (drums and bass). In October 2013, Skull Kid changed…..forever. Craig Hodgekins came and screamo’d up the band. The band became Scott, Craig, Chief and Zay. Skull Kid has a debut 4 track ep titled “I Promise That’s Not The Truth, with an eleven track LP on the way this spring, and a four way split 7” this fall. Skull kid is a four piece r&b influenced, Pittsburgh automotive repair service, twinkly rock n roll band with members ranging from the tender age of 18 to the murky depths of 25. The band struggled with the limitations of calling themselves “emo”, and is trying to go more in the Drake/The Strokes direction. When Skull Kid isn’t doing their job, Skull Kid is thinking about doing their job. Please allow 3-5 business days for the excitement to set in.
